Juliet Moses, Founder & Principal Consultant of RS Strategies

The Founder

Juliet Moses

Founder & Principal Consultant

With over a decade of experience, Juliet understands the nonprofit and funding landscape from nearly every seat at the table. She has worked inside nonprofits, written grants, partnered with nonprofit teams, and served on nonprofit boards — experience that gives her a firsthand understanding of the demands organizations carry.

Juliet also served as the funder responsible for public dollars, managing federal grant programs at the intersection of HUD and city government — reviewing organizations for funding readiness and building the policies and compliance systems that balance public accountability with what nonprofit teams can actually carry.

That perspective connects what funders require with what organizations actually experience. Through RS Strategies, Juliet turns it into clear strategy, practical systems, and stronger pathways between resources and impact — without losing sight of the people the work is meant to serve.
